Tear open the outer bag, hang the drip ears on your cup, pour a small amount of 90°C (195°F) hot water to bloom for 30 seconds, then slowly pour in 2–3 stages to about 180ml (6 oz). The entire process takes about 2 minutes for a perfect cup of Five Elements Coffee.
